1. Devotees need to provide their name, date of birth, a brief statement of their wishes to the Four-Faced God (the wish should ideally be a short-term goal, and the method of fulfilling the wish after it is fulfilled, etc.) + the price of the offerings.

2. Making wishes on behalf of others: We print out the wishes of believers and provide photos of each of the four faces of the Four-Faced God and a video of making a wish on each face.

3. Vow Fulfillment Service: We print out the name, date of birth, and vow details provided by the devotee, and take photos and videos of the dancing lady performing for the Four-Faced Buddha. (If you purchase offerings, we will perform a round of prayers for the Four-Faced Buddha on your behalf (not making a wish), and photos will be provided for each round. If you do not purchase offerings and only provide photos and videos of the dancing lady, we will provide these services.)
