Delivery arrangements, mailing and return/exchange policy

To all those who are destined to receive this offering, everyone has their own blessings and karma. Karma will inevitably influence sacred objects to some extent. Acquiring sacred objects is not a trivial matter, but should be done with a respectful heart. Sacred objects are not clothing or accessories and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please think carefully before placing an order. Those who are perfectionists regarding appearance should not place an order or are kindly requested to purchase from a physical store.


 

Delivery Arrangement

Confirmed orders cannot have their delivery method changed.

We currently offer delivery services in Hong Kong, China, Macau, Taiwan, the United States, South Korea, Thailand, and Singapore.

Once we receive payment, we will arrange to ship the goods.

For orders from Hong Kong, China, Macau, and Taiwan, shipments will be made approximately 2-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding pre-orders, public holidays, when all staff are in Thailand, and special circumstances).

For shipments to the United States, South Korea, and Thailand, after payment confirmation, we will contact the customer to confirm the shipping cost. Once the customer pays the shipping fee, the shipment will be dispatched.

 

Mailing arrangements

Shipping services in Hong Kong, China, Macau, and Taiwan: SF Express.

Shipping fees are payable upon delivery to the SF Express courier and will not be reflected on the order. Please contact SF Express for fee details.

Delivery time : Under normal circumstances, local delivery services will take approximately 2-4 business days (depending on the delivery service provider). Delivery services to China, Macau, and Taiwan will take approximately 4-8 business days or more (depending on the delivery service provider).

Shipping service providers in the United States, South Korea, Thailand, and Singapore:

Shipped via DHL Express, Express Mail Service, or SF Express.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs will not be reflected in the order. After the customer places an order, we will contact the customer in the form of a "quotation" to confirm the shipping cost before placing a separate shipping order or making payment via bank transfer.

Delivery time : Under normal circumstances, overseas shipping services will take approximately 7-14 business days or more (depending on the shipping service provider).

All emails will be based on the mailing information registered by the buyer.

We are not responsible for any loss or return of mail due to errors or omissions in the information provided. Buyers assume all risks and may be required to pay additional fees for resending.

If the recipient's name is not their full name, they may not be able to pick up the package because their identity cannot be verified.

If an order includes both pre-ordered and in-stock items, we will only ship the items together after the pre-ordered items arrive. If an order meets the free shipping requirements, but the buyer requests to ship in multiple batches, only one of the items will be eligible for free shipping.

A: Yes, you can authorize a representative to collect your ordered goods. Please prepare an authorization letter if you wish to authorize collection.

Q: What should I pay attention to when picking up the purchased goods?

A: Please keep your pickup email safe before collecting your goods. Guan Tai Fo Limited is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from or related to the loss of your pickup email or disclosure of your order records to any third party. All pickup records are subject to the records in Guan Tai Fo Limited's shopping system. We strongly recommend that you perform the following checks when collecting your purchased goods:

  1. Check the appearance of the goods for any obvious defects or flaws, and whether all accessories have been included.
  2. We will verify on the spot that you have received the correct quantity of goods and any accompanying gifts (if applicable).

 

Return and exchange policy

This store does not offer exchange/return services.

We are professional and cautious, and each order is thoroughly inspected before shipment to minimize risk. However, customers must bear the risk of any damage or loss during delivery. If you cannot bear the risk of shipping, we recommend picking up your order in person at our Xinru Pavilion store. Please check your order carefully upon pickup, as goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once shipped.
 
Please note that we will make every effort to ensure that the information on the website is consistent with the products. However, we cannot offer returns or exchanges due to color differences between the pictures and the actual items, or differences in measurement standards. Each item is mostly handmade by temples or masters, so the position and color of the gemstones may vary slightly. If you mind these differences, please do not place an order or visit our store to request one. Once an order is placed, returns or exchanges cannot be made for these reasons.

Dear customers, please check the contents of your package as soon as you receive it to ensure they are correct.

If the style or quantity is incorrect, please do not sign for the package and return it immediately. Keep the original goods intact and complete, and please contact us immediately.
Please be sure to attach an unpacking video as proof. Failure to provide proof will be considered a waiver of your right to return, exchange, or claim the product. Once verified, we will arrange for an exchange or return as soon as possible. Please understand that we will not accept returns or exchanges if the product is returned damaged.
If the goods do not match or the style is incorrect, but the customer has already signed for the package and has not returned the original, our company will not be responsible, including not resending, refunding, or exchanging the goods. Please contact us immediately on the day of receipt so that we can follow up for you as soon as possible.

Important notes regarding refunds:

To avoid any disputes, once an order is successfully placed and payment is made, no cancellation, return, refund or replacement will be made for any reason.

All goods will be inspected before shipment. Orders will not be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason, personal preference, or subjective factor.

For refunds, we will only refund/return the shopping credit based on the actual amount paid for the order; unreasonable claims will not be accepted.

If any handling fees or additional charges are incurred in the order, these charges will be deducted from the refund amount when applying for a refund.

Refund processing takes three to ten business days (calculated from the date of receipt of the refund account information; the required refund time may vary depending on the actual situation and the bank's processing time on business days).

Once the procedures are completed, the accounting staff will notify you of the details individually via email. No further notifications will be given.

Since different banks have different processing times, customers can check their bank records a few business days after receiving our confirmation email that the refund has been processed.
