送貨安排 | Delivery Arrangement

已確認的訂單不可以更改送貨方式。
Once an order is confirmed, the delivery method cannot be changed.

我們現時提供香港、中國、澳門、台灣、美國、南韓、泰國、新加坡送件服務。
We currently provide delivery services to Hong Kong, China, Macau, Taiwan, USA, South Korea, Thailand and Singapore.

收到付款後，我們會安排寄出貨件。
Orders will be arranged for shipment after payment is received and confirmed.

香港、中國、澳門、台灣在付款確認大約2-3個工作天出貨（預訂、公眾假期、全員在泰國、特殊情況除外）。
For Hong Kong, China, Macau and Taiwan: Orders will be dispatched within approximately 2–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding pre-orders, public holidays, when our team is in Thailand, or other special circumstances).

美國、南韓、泰國在付款確認後，我們會聯絡顧客確認運費金額後，顧客繳付運費後出貨。
For USA, South Korea and Thailand: After payment confirmation, we will contact you to confirm the shipping fee. Orders will be shipped only after the shipping fee is settled.

• 速運服務：順豐速運(SF Express)
• Courier: SF Express

• 運費：採用到付形式，顧客取貨時直接繳交予順豐速遞員，運費金額不顯示於訂單內，詳情請向順豐查詢。
• Shipping Fee: Cash on delivery (paid directly to the SF Express courier upon collection). Shipping fee will not be shown on the order. Please check with SF Express for details.

• 送貨時間：香港本地約 2–4 個工作日；中國、澳門、台灣約 4–8 個工作日或以上（視乎速運商實際安排）。
• Delivery Time: Approximately 2–4 business days for local Hong Kong; approximately 4–8 business days or more for China, Macau and Taiwan (depending on the courier).

美國、南韓、泰國、新加坡、其他國家 | USA, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore & Other Countries

• 速運服務：香港郵政/ DHL Express / Express Mail Service / 順豐速運(SF Express)
• Courier: Hong Kong Post / DHL Express / Express Mail Service / SF Express

• 運費：運費不顯示於訂單，下單後本店會以報價形式聯絡客人確認金額，確認後另行開單或以銀行轉帳支付。
• Shipping Fee: Shipping fee will not be shown on the order. After placing the order, we will contact you with a shipping quote for confirmation. Payment can be made via a separate invoice or bank transfer.

• 送貨時間：一般約 7–14 個工作日或以上（視乎速運商實際安排）。
• Delivery Time: Approximately 7–14 business days or more (depending on the courier).
重要聲明 | Important Notice

• 一切郵件以買家登記之郵寄資料為準。
• All shipments will be sent according to the delivery information registered by the buyer.

• 若因資料填寫錯漏導致郵件寄失、退回或無法派送，本店恕不負責，相關風險由買家承擔，如需再次投寄，須自行支付額外費用。
• We shall not be responsible for any lost, returned or undelivered parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete information. All risks shall be borne by the buyer. Any additional re-delivery fee must be paid by the buyer.

• 如收件人名稱非全名，取件時可能因無法核對身份而被拒絕領件，敬請使用全名登記。
• If the recipient’s name is not the full legal name, collection may be refused due to identity verification. Please register with your full name.
郵寄風險條款 | Shipping Risk Terms

買家需承擔一切郵寄風險（包括但不限於寄失、郵件受損等）。
The buyer shall bear all shipping risks, including but not limited to parcel loss and damage during delivery.

• 如郵件寄失，本店恕不負責，已付款項不予退回，亦不會補發貨品。
• If the parcel is lost during delivery, we shall not be liable. No refund or replacement will be provided.

• 若本店收到退回郵件，會即時通知買家。買家須再次支付郵費方可重新寄出，或改至本公司辦公室自取，惟已支付之郵費一概不予退還。
• If we receive the returned parcel, we will notify the buyer immediately. The buyer may pay the shipping fee again for re-delivery, or collect the parcel at our office. Any original shipping fee paid is non-refundable.

答：在領取貨品前，您需要小心保存取貨電郵。對於因丟失或向任何第三方披露取貨電郵及訂單記錄而導致或附帶的任何損失、損害或費用，冠泰佛有限公司概不負責。所有取貨記錄以冠泰佛有限公司購物系統之記錄為準。
A: Please keep your pick-up email carefully before collection. Guan Tai Fo Co., Ltd. shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or expenses arising from the loss or disclosure of the pick-up email and order record to any third party. All collection records are subject to the official records of Guan Tai Fo Co., Ltd. shopping system.
